The Horned Dorset Primavera is located in the most south-western end of Puerto Rico. It sits on 13,750 sq.m of private beachfront property.
The 17 luxurious residences designed in Mozarabic style share the main club-house building which comprises a restaurant as well as some private dinner saloons. The property also includes a yoga pavilion with gym and spa.
Adjoining the property, there is another site with an additional 13,750 sq.m which could provide future development for the compound if acquired separately. It consists of three plots, whereof two have no constructions, plot #3 hosts a large hilltop building with an incredible view that could serve as a small convention center, an additional spa or another private residence.

The extensive grounds are home to exotic plants and cascades of bougainvilleas and hibiscus that almost tumble into the sea. In the suites, dark glossy wood contrasts with the pure white veils that envelop the four-poster beds. Each suite has a terrace with a private plunge pool and two bathrooms.
